Problem

Description:	Whenever an assembly inside Plugins/MaxDotNet/ folder gets overwritten, there is an assertion
Steps to Reproduce:	1. Add any pluggable assembly to plugins folder 2. Open 3dsmax 3. Overwrite the pluggable assembly

maxplugins	I can confirm this, it also happens here. Windows XP, Max 2010 32-bit Dave
