Max.NET: Problem with max.net in 3ds max 2012 x64 on Windows7 x64

Hello, I have a problem. Autodes.Max.Wrapper.dll not loading or don't working, all files are in place in maxroot and maxroot\bin\assemblies, but MaxDotNet is not present in Utilities. Reinstalled twice for no effect. No errors during 3ds max loading aswell. Thank you for your time.

EPHERE	If you load Max.NET through /bin/assemblies it will not appear in Utilities, and if you want to configure it you need to do that by hand through an XML file. It will still load plugins OK. If you want it to appear in Utilities tab you can still rename the .Wrappers file from .dll to .dlu and place it in /plugins dir, although thats no longer recommended.
