Hello!

I thought I'd mention that the offline installer (haven't tried the online one) of Max.NET 1.2.8.0 for Max 2012 32bit attempts to install Autodesk.Max.Remoting.dll in the Max 2012 64bit path.  If Max 2012 64bit is not installed Autodesk.Max.Remoting.dll gets thrown in C:\.

Also, the page that allows you to download a zip of the Max.NET files (http://www.ephere.com/autodesk/max/docs/1030.html) doesn't have links for the Max 2012 packages.
