The commercial licenses have compiled MSDN-style docs. You can always refer to 3dsmax SDK for help because Max.NET is a 1:1 mapping of that. With the next few builds we will be adding more documentation and tutorial videos too.

This sentence what mean?

This means that you need one license if you plan to use Max.NET with 5 developers or less. For larger studios (with more than 5 developers) more licenses are required.

this document have  complete examples?

The examples are currently available through the videos. We will post more examples for next few builds. If you are interested in something specific please let me know and I will be happy to create an example for you.
