Hi Marsel, The latest version 1.2.1 crashes 3dsmax 2010 - 32 bit on startup, with no error message, except the standard 3dsmax error report. It works well with 3dsmax 2009 32 and 60, though. I can confirm the upcast from geomObject to polyObject and triObject works now, thanks ! Antoine |
Hi Antoine, Can you confirm that you have Autodesk.Max.dll 1.2.1 in 3dsmax 2010 Win32 root folder? I will try to test it here locally to reproduce the crash. Marsel Khadiyev (Software Developer, EPHERE Inc.)
Yes, I confirm that Autodesk.Max.dll 1.2.1 is present in 3dsmax 2010 Win32 root folder. Antoine.
Ok, thank you. Marsel Khadiyev (Software Developer, EPHERE Inc.)
Hi Marsel, sorry to bother you with that, Have you been able to reproduce the crash ? Thanks, Antoine.
Hi Antoine, I have not been able to look at that yet, some other things came up. It is on top of my priority list though and I'll get to it very soon. I'll keep you posted. Marsel Khadiyev (Software Developer, EPHERE Inc.)
Yup I can confirm the crash. It seems the .dlu for 2010 Win32 didn't compile properly for some reason. I'll post a fix soon. Marsel Khadiyev (Software Developer, EPHERE Inc.)
Ok this should be fixed now. You'll need to first delete Autodesk.Max.dll from your 3dsmax 2010 Win32 root, then run the online installer so it overwrites the files. let me know if it (doesn't) works. Marsel Khadiyev (Software Developer, EPHERE Inc.)
Yes, it works now ! Thank you, Marsel Antoine
