I'd love to see an example of how you do a modifier. So far i've assumed it needs a class descriptor with SClassID Modapp, and the the actual modifier class that inherits Modifier. My first hurdle however, is that I don't get any compile errors but it doesn't show up in the modifier list.
A good example beyond the obvious Bend, would be to select random % of verts, polys or edges, and deletes them. This would then show how to do several things.
