I've followed the exact instructions given at:
https://ephere.com/plugins/autodesk/max/lab/docs/start_here/installing_and_uninstalling.html
and what I get is the demo mode. These instructions never mention anything that would verify you having bought the commercial version so I'm not sure how they would ever work to allow only true purchasers to get the commercial product. I could only guess that they assume you are logged in during this process and they check your account and then produce the demo or commercial install accordingly, but I am logged in and yet only get the demo version. How is this supposed to work? I'm going to try to log out and log back in and see if anything changes. Please, if somebody knows how I'm supposed to get what I payed for, I'd love to hear about it.
