This is the problem!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you for the report. However, how did you install Lab on 3dmsax 2016? The last officially supported version is 2015.

I do not install anything.

It is included in 3ds max.

these are the files.

Can you please also show me the contents of your 3dsmax/bin/assemblies directory?

Can you please search your 3ds Max 2016 directory to see if you have "Ephere.Gui.dll" somewhere besides the /plugins folder? And please delete it from the /plugins folder too. Do you have Zookeeper installed by any chance?

YES MAN I HAVE 3 FILES IN THIS FOLDER. SEE MY FIRST IMAGE POSTED.

AND I DELETE THESE 3 FILES AND THE PROBLEM NOT DISSAPEAR.

AND NOT I NEVER INSTALLED ANY OF YOUR PLUGINS.



AND OTHER  QUESTION:  WHY ARE YOUR PLUGIN FILES INCLUDED IN MAX2016, IF THE PLUGIN IS NOT COMPATIBLE??????

If you never installed any of our plugins what makes you think that Lab is the problem?
