Hi Johan, Lab does not produce any new menu items. Just to be sure, have you checked the primitives drop down list for "Ephere Lab Templates" like it shows in the overview video?: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oYszGnJavcs Thanks Marsel Khadiyev (Software Developer, EPHERE Inc.)

Strange, it clearly loads correctly. Can you please send me the logs you have in: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Ephere\Library\logs by email? Also, is Library.db there? Thank you Marsel Khadiyev (Software Developer, EPHERE Inc.)

Hello, As I'm currently working with the demo version of Lab, I was wondering if you have planed to add some bug report process in the commercial version? Or will we use the forum and email to do so? I have seen the report window when a DotNet exception occurs, but will there be a place on the website where we could follow the bug report?
Thanks,
Baptiste | |

Hi Baptiste, We have special forums for reporting defects and requesting features available to commercial customers. Many previous reports are still there from our beta program and are available for review. If you have any problems with the demo version please do not hesitate to send me an email at marsel.khadiyev (at) ephere.com Thank you Marsel Khadiyev (Software Developer, EPHERE Inc.)

Hello, Thank you for your interest in Lab. We have been looking at these warnings too and they are benign. They will be removed in a future build. Marsel Khadiyev (Software Developer, EPHERE Inc.) |
