Problem

Description:

I'm running the installer as an admin but when I launch 3ds Max I'm getting a 'failed to initialize' error for the .dlo file.  Error code 126 - The specified module could not be found.  I checked and the Ephere.Plugins.Autodesk.Max.Lucid.dlo is in the plugins directory.  This is happening in both Max 2014 and 2016.

Hi David,

Thank you for the report. Can you please search your 3dsmax installation for file "tbb.dll" and "tbbmalloc.dll"? It should be copied to 3dsmax root directory.

I do see those both in the root directory.

I have discovered the problem, please stay tuned. A quick fix is to rename "Lucid.dll" in 3dsmax root to "Ephere.Plugins.Lucid.dll" manually.

Ok, please try to re-download and reinstall again. The problem should be fixed.
