Problem

Description:

Hello,

I have 2 versions of 3ds max on my win 7 - 64 bit machine. Lucid Ver 0.0.3.5071 [Latest] 21_september.

* With Max 2014, Lucid loaded and UI show up. I did some basic set up but whenever press "Toggle Lucid physics" this error message "Lucid simulation has failed to initialize" pops up. I couldn't do anything next.

* With Max 2012, Lucid won't start and error message appears as follow

Steps to Reproduce:

My PC config:

CPU: core i7 4770 3.40GHz

RAM: 24 Gb

Graphic card: GeForce GTX 760

Thank you for the report. On 3dsmax 2012 can you please check if you have these files installed in 3dsmax root:

Ephere.Plugins.Lucid.dll

flexExtRelease_x64.dll

flexRelease_x64.dll

Odd, is it possible that your drivers are not up to date? Both PhysX and CUDA need to be relatively recent.

Thank you for the information. After the driver update, things are functioning.
