Problem

Description:

Hello,

First of all, i always thought that it would be really useful and fun to have a particle world base for simulation.

After testing your software i think it's what you've done.

So thanks that's terrible ! I've been waiting long for that !

So now my problem:

changing max particle number freeze simulation, have to restart max do make it work again

I do simple test to see how much particle/definition i can get.

A simple/normal collision box

A simple box with water preset

Simulation works fine

but after changing max particle

Steps to Reproduce:

I do simple test to see how much particle/definition i can get.

A simple/normal collision box

A simple box with water preset

Simulation works fine

changing max particle

simulation freeze

I've played a bit also with max number of particles. On my 980 with 4gb, I couldn't go over 1.45M particle despite there was still half the VRAM available, looks like there is some kind of limit in Flex itself. When the simulation freezes (and refuses to start again after you restart Max etc), try to merge the content of the scene in a new one skipping all lucid Flex settings helpers etc and go back to a lower particles count, it should work (did for me).
