Problem

Description:

I know I posted before but show as particles does not work. I have to uncheck show as particles and resimulate as mesh to see mesh.

If I simulate as particles and then uncheck show as particles I do not see the mesh it justdisappears.  I have to uncheck show as particles first and then simulate  I thought this option is interactive

And if I simulate as mesh  and then turn on show as particles mesh still shows as mesh ans not particles

Steps to Reproduce:

Attached Files:

>mesh+will+not+turn+to+particles.MOV (3480986 bytes), >show+as+particles+OFF+-++NO+MESH.MOV (2608415 bytes),

I think your granularity value is too high, see here: https://www.ephere.com/plugins/autodesk/max/lucid/docs/1/Simulation_related_FAQ.html#Lucid-Modifier-shows-original-mesh-during-fluid-simulation-instead-of-meshed-fluid

Once you record a mesh you cannot turn it back to particles, mesh data is what is stored in the file.

Hi Marsel

I set it to the lowest I can  0.0003 (Meters are display units  and inches are system units)   mesh still does not appear if I uncheck Show as particles

But if I simulate as mesh I do not have to exceed over 0.03 to see the mesh.

So looks like 0.03 is more than enhough to see the mesh it is just if I simulate as particles and then uncheck I do not see it as mesh even if I set granularity to 0.0003

I wonder what else can be the reason

Hi Marsel

Do you think it is my computer? Unchecking show as particles and mesh disappears ven with the lowest granularity  but lucid beta always worked for me.
