| As soon as i add a preset. After installing ornatrix demo actually, this started. Also ornatrix crashes very very often and gave me this report |
| I wonder if this is related to the toolbar. If you try to uninstall Ornatrix (ot just rename /plugins/Ephere.Plugins.Autodesk.Max.Ornatrix.dlo to extension .xxx) does it fix the problem? I assume you add presets through the toolbar? Marsel Khadiyev (Software Developer, EPHERE Inc.) |
| I add something from toolbar, then from the modifier i try change it and there it crashes. Ornatrix doesnt seem to affect it actually after i changed the dlo still did it. How can i completely uninstall both and reinstall em with clean slate? thanks |
| Sorry if i confused u, two things happening: presets in lucid crashes max, and ornatrix demo crashes way too often and gave me the jpeg error report i attached. |
| Using the uninstaller is the best way to completely uninstall before reinstalling. But I want to see if it is because of the two working together or just something specific in Lucid. | Sorry too late :D , i completely unistalled and installed only lucid and all is fine now. I m reinstalling ornatrix demo to see whats going on and let u know. |

| Its me again unfortunately. I did a fresh installation of 3ds max after returing to a restore point. Im using max 2016, on windows 10 with their latest anniversary update.
After installing lucid alone, when i scroll through presets max crashes. Specifically steel preset crashes it. |
| Does Ornatrix work OK though? Something odd is definitely happening on the system. I fail to see what could make Lucid crash when just adding a preset (not hitting simulate even). | No ornatrix kept crashing hard as well. I just noticed on a fresh formatted pc that ihave those files in my max/plugins folder. I cant seem to understand whats going on here... |

| Sorry for the late reply, i had to format my pc. Again lucid fresh install.
Its just presets that crash. The other time was mud, now its glue. Try switching among presets in a sphere or a box and see what happens.
ps. its all presets keep constant crashes not only glue. 3ds max 2016 / win10 home / latest lucid build |
