No, I realized that the installer tries to install then reverts but for some reason the startup script remains (hence the screenshot). So I ended up using an MSI unpacker and by trial and error figuring out which was the right Lucid.dlo for 2016 and now I got it working (I installed all the other stuff in the MSI as well).
Before doing this, I tried installing every installer back to the latest that's listed and with the same result, install failed.
I tried running it in adminstration mode but .msi files won't let you, only .exe files. So that's why I had to unpack the MSI the way I did.
Windows 10 can be a pain with installs. I am using x64 enterprise edition.
