Problem

Description:

Previously the license transfer was automatic - it now seems to be stuck in a loop and although Lucid is aware that a previous license exists on the machine will no longer license the software : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fkCUUmH5YPw&feature=youtu.be

Please reset your license using the Reset License link here:

https://ephere.com/plugins/autodesk/max/lucid/licensing.html

Then reinstall the license server using the "Install license server only" link on the downloads page. We've made some fixes/changes to license server over the weekends which break hardware identification so this is needed.
