Hello, What build of Lucid and version of 3DSMax are you using? Jeordanis Figuereo (Product Designer. EPHERE Inc.)
Oh yes sorry. We are 3ds2017 and lucid 1.4.2..12733 (and Ox 5.2.1.11996) http://tatprod.com/
Confirmed. We will be working on this as soon as we can, I will keep you posted. Thank you for the report. Jeordanis Figuereo (Product Designer. EPHERE Inc.)
Hello ! 2 new bugs with soft bodys : - Soft bodys objects do not collide with each others. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GEbyfVw0VDg - When activing simulation, we are loosing some random polygons on the mesh... See screenshot, same object, botton one has lucid soft modifier. http://tatprod.com/
Hi, I can confirm the bug with soft bodys, but I will need a test scene to reproduc the second bug, or at least the problematic object. If you are allowed to share please send it to jeordanis.f@ephere.com. Jeordanis Figuereo (Product Designer. EPHERE Inc.)
Try this simple scene please http://tatprod.com/
Your scene it's working fine for me, but I will see if someone else can reproduce it. Jeordanis Figuereo (Product Designer. EPHERE Inc.)
I had some issues with my licence server today. I might have switch to the demo version during a few time, if it can help http://tatprod.com/
I don't think the demo version would make a difference but thanks. Are you still experiencing licensing problems? Jeordanis Figuereo (Product Designer. EPHERE Inc.)
Hi, The problem with the soft body objects not colliding with each other can be solved by disabling the world collision box and adding a ground plane instead. I'm attaching a scene where it's working fine. Jeordanis Figuereo (Product Designer. EPHERE Inc.)
Regarding the problem with missing polygons in the meshes I got this from the team. "This happens when the link and/or rigid spacing parameters are not set correctly. Playing with those should fix the issue." Please give it a try. Jeordanis Figuereo (Product Designer. EPHERE Inc.)
