Hello,

I'm wondering what is people's experience with NVIDIA's Physx DCC plug-ins. Mine is horrible.

If I install the plug-in for Max 2015, both Max 2015 and 2016 start with an 'invalid flyout button ID' message (6 times).

If I re-install againt the plug-in for Max 2015, it fixes Max 2015 invalid flyoud button ID warning. But not 2016.

If I install (twice then) the plug-in for Max 2016, it works on Max 2016... But Max 2015 then again goes dead on Physx and the invalid flyout button ID warning shows up again (6 times) on Max boot.

And so on... Driving me crazy.

BTW, the very latest Physx DCC does not seem to be compatible with Lucid.

I don't have much experience with Physx DCC plugins, only with MassFX since we support it with Ornatrix.

What kind of compatibility are you looking for between Physx DCC and Lucid?

Well under the MassFX name there is Physx and the DCC plug-ins are supposed to update/enhance the built-in version that comes with 3ds Max. Installing a Physx DCC plug-in for example gives you access to Physx 3.x engine while Max comes with 2.x.

So far so good with recent Physx DCC 3.3.10709.02262 but build 3.3.10930.12512 seem to break compabitiliy with Lucid, unless this need another round of dual installation for this to work. Just thought it was worth mentioning.

Good point. So for you Lucid stops working when latest Physx DCC is installed? Do you get an error message?
