Is it possble to assign different viscosity on two objects at same time or it is controlled by global settings only? I want the pink object to remain still (as its first frame ) untill get hit by blue droplet Attached Files: |
| Viscosity is assigned globally at the moment, it is a limitation of Flex. We will have to see if this changes in the future. Marsel Khadiyev (Software Developer, EPHERE Inc.) |
| alright .... how exactly TimeRange/Use TimeRange works. Is it possible to offset emition/animation somehow? |
| one more thing ..when i tried to use geometry as meshing method in Frost i get this error ERR: BuildMesh (Frost001): get_channel_type_convertor_function() - Conversion of channel "ID" from type uint32 to type int32 is not an allowed conversion. ERR: |
| Time range specifies when the objects starts being inside the simulation. I am not sure about the error in Frost, this could be a question to Thinkbox guys. Marsel Khadiyev (Software Developer, EPHERE Inc.) |
| Hi Marsel,
Currently viscosity must be assigned globally. Is the same true for static friction? Is it possible for different static objects to have their own friction values? | Static and dynamic friction are both global values in Flex at the moment unfortunately. Marsel Khadiyev (Software Developer, EPHERE Inc.) |
