Hello,

I downloaded the latest version(1.0.0.6383) of Lucid and installed to my work station, but it does`t work properly. When I launch Max I get an error message(error01.jpg). After Max has been launched, if I click "Toggle Lucid Physics", I get the another error message(error02.jpg). I also updated the graphics card driver to the latest one. Could I ask you what causes the issue and help me? Thank you very much!

My workstation`s specification is
-Nvidia Geforce GTX650
-Win 7 Proffecional 64bit
-core i7 950

-RAM 36GB

We will investigate it, thank you.

Was Lucid working for you in an earlier version?

Marsel Khadiyev (Software Developer, EPHERE Inc.)

No it didn`t. We actually trired to install the one version older once before with the Geforce 470(which does not  support Cuda Compute Capability 3, oops!). We noticed the mistake and switched the videocard to GTX650. I get exactly the same errors from my last try with GTX 650 and ver 1.0.0.6383 installer .

So

Hello,

Can you please list the files you have in your 3dsmax root directory? Perhaps it is possible to take a screenshot? Thank you.

Thank you very much for the reply!

I will probably send a screencapture iamges to your email account later.

So

Hi So,

No longer needed. I installed 3dsmax 2011 32-bit and can reproduce this problem. We are working on a fix, thank you.

Thank you very much for the reply. I am looking forward to seeing the updates of this issue.

Hi guys

I presume that you don't have any plans to make your software run on ATI cards?

I have an ATI Firepro v7800 and would love to use your software.

Regards

Dave

Hi Dave,

We use NVidia Flex for driving the simulations, which is CUDA-based unfortunately. Down the line we might add an OpenCL alternative but not at the moment.
