Hi Paul,

I was waiting to see if Walid was around, he created that video. The basic idea is to create a sphere with high viscosity and cohesion parameters for the fluid particles. Set the number of iterations and substeps to a high value and then slice away.

Could you please tell me what to use for the knife?

I can chop the particles using a rigid box but I lose the control to spread it apart after.

I would just use a mesh and assign convex collision material to it. I believe this is what's used in the video too.
