Hello, I am trying to inherite the emitter`s UV cordinate to the particles, but it doesn`t work. I get error message when I render the scene which says "Missing Map Coordinates". All what I did was changing the Lucid modifires Texture Coordinates Option from NONE to Inherit From Mesh. I am runing the latest production version of Lucid with windows 7 and Geforce GTX 960. 3ds max version is 2011 64 bit. Thank you very much! So |
Thank you for the report. This is fixed in next nightly build (6803 or newer). Marsel Khadiyev (Software Developer, EPHERE Inc.)
Thanks for the quick reply. Do you have any idea when that issue will be fixed?
Check the downloads page, it is already up in a nightly build Marsel Khadiyev (Software Developer, EPHERE Inc.)
Hello Maesel, I installed the latest version of the nightly build to max 2016 and tried inheritating the UV from emitters to Fluid particles. I don`t see the "Missing UV" error at render time, but I am facing another problems. When I render the Lucid mesher, I get blue and black image instead of the original color from the texture. If I change UV soace from UV to VW, I can see the colour, but the coordinate is all broken. I think I follow the direction which you showed. Could I ask you to help me to solve the problems? Thank you!
