I'm not sure if I got this right: Lucid does not support standard deflectors, at least they are ignored in my case. I could use a Lucid Collision object instead, but how would I integragte it into PFlow to delete partivles colliding with the object?

You should be able to use standard PFlow delete event with the deflectors supported by it. Marsel Khadiyev (Software Developer, EPHERE Inc.)

So which ones are supported? The collisioin operator using standard deflectors and is ignored. Using pFlow Collsion shape with mP Collsion will detect collision and split the particles as expected but will break the lucid simulation. And there is no way to integrate a lucid collision object into pflow... what am I missing?

Forgot to mention that there are no fast-moving particles and the simulation is reasonably precise with 20 substeps. But deflector collisions are not detected.

Ok, I'll need to investigate. Do you have a scene you can send me to show the deflector not working? Just to speed up the reproduction of the issue. Marsel Khadiyev (Software Developer, EPHERE Inc.) |
