Likely a false positive, if the installer was downloaded directly from this website

Yes, it's directly from this website and it's never been any problem until recently.

And everytime the notification appears twice in a row which is quite annoying.

HEUR indicates that this was found by the "heuristics" scan, which may have false positives. Either ignore it, or if you feel like it you may send it to Avira for inspection, as they suggest.

It wasn't suggesting me to submit the file for inspection though, there's only option of quaratin or cancel(the cancel option is what I choosed and it continuosly send popups asking me ton quarantin it)

Finally, I accidentally hit the quarantin button when it pops out of nowhere, which I have no idea how to undo.

After that I got the regenerate new license option when I run 3dsmax, ornatrix.

Stragely though with this new license, there's no longer detection notice from Avira.

Strange indeed.

One possible explanation is that the old Ephere.Licensing.LicenseServer.exe was indeed infected by something and you re-downloaded a clean one from our site.

A less paranoid explanation is that this was some quirk in Avira's "heuristics" algorithms, after all, who knows how they work.

Still, it may be a good idea to do a full scan of your system.
