Problem

Description:

I start to have an  issiue with the licence, when i try to edit the Ornatrix file give the message your licence are assigned to other computer.

Was the same problem of https://ephere.com/plugins/autodesk/max/ornatrix/defect_13216.html

Please I follow all the suggestion I removed the licence server, Ireinstalled Ornatrix, but when I try to install the InstallLicense.34203230203230313635.1.exe gave me an error and not work.

I need to deliver some jobs I NEED to use the program that I payed for, please provide a solution

Steps to Reproduce:

I solved, I must realise the licence from the machine before install the new licence server, even if I not changed the machine.

BTW all the process is really twisted and not easy and quik to solve, also I really not understand why, when all works well, the licence start to gave me a problem...so I solved the problem but I don't know what couse it.

I hope that in fujture the Licence sistem will be more userfriendly, so we can waist less time to sove that problems.

Hello, Sorry for the delay. 

We try to make the process as simple as possible. To release a license you just have to go into your account, then "My Licenses", select your license and click release. 

The reason this happens sometimes can be due to Windows updates, replacing your modem or replacing a part of your computer. The solution is simple, release the license and reinstall Ornatrix.
