In your original post about this issue I kept waiting for your feedback. We asked you about your Maya version and to check the minimum requirements of Ornatrix in Maya 2020. Now that we have your feedback, we can continue looking into this issue.
Are you able to reproduce this is a new scene with a fur ball or this only happens in a particular scene? If you can reproduce it in a new scene, please share it here for testing.
