Problem

Description:

If I decide to use a painted vertex for distribution guides for example, I have to keep going back and forth when painting a reassigning the vertex channel because it won't update

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Create an sphere and add an ornatrix fur preset
  2. In the Guides from Surface mod, in the distribution guides, assign channel, click paint vertices
  3. In the vertex paint modifier created, paint over the surface.
  4. First, you won't be able to see how it is affecting the groom, but also, if you want to see the final result, you have to go again to Guides from Surface, and reassign the map channel from the list.
