Description: | 3Ds Max 2015 always crashes when going through frames, if the scene contains two objects with Ornatrix hair, a light and one of the objects with ox hair is selected. |
Steps to Reproduce: | 3Ds Max 2015 will crash with Ornatrix if you do the following steps: 1. Create Plane001 and Plane002. 2. Apply to each plane Ox Guides From Surface (with root count 100 or less) and Ox Hair From Guides (with view count 200 or less). 3. Create Target spot light. 4. Select plane002 in the Perspective viewport. Move one frame forward a couple of times - 3Ds Max will stop responding and crash before you reach frame #5. Random clicks on the timeline will end the same way.
p.s.: I'm using Nitrous (Direct3D 11.0) viewport driver. 3Ds Max 2014 doesn't crash with the same scene and settings. |
