Problem

Description:

I don't understand what is going wrong, but it message always pop up, when I tried to do anything with ornatrix in 3d max 2014 x64. In the same time in 3d max 2012 x64 it's works fine.
Tell me, what I need to do with that, please?

P.S.

(I used online installation.)

Steps to Reproduce:

Do you have both 3dsmax 2012 and 2014 installed on the same computer? Are you running them both at the same time?

Marsel Khadiyev (Software Developer, EPHERE Inc.)

Yes. All on one computer.
No, I was launched them separately.

It is possible that you have started one and then did not wait long enough before starting the other which is why you received the request for a second license. If you restart your computer do you still get the license message box in 2014?

Marsel Khadiyev (Software Developer, EPHERE Inc.)

No, I had the earlier version (3.1.0.7) and it worked fine. But yesterday it starts popping up this message. Today I decided to reinstall it on the newest version. But this problem is remain. Then I install it on the 3d max 2012, just in case. And its ok. But on 2014 still doesn't work.

Have you tried entering "localhost" and pressing OK?

Also, if it still doesn't work, please download our manage application and let me know what it says in the output:

Yes, it's definitely works with "localhost"! Thank you for your help!
