Summary

Hello,
I tried a demo of Ornatrix back in january, which was working pretty well despite the limitations of the trial. Needing it for a new project, it was purchased by my employer yesterday, but MANY issues happen at random, especially when saving and reopening my scenes.

A part of or all the hair guides disappear, or sometimes become all curled up, or extend in unpredictable ways, or start stretching into infinity without being selectable. This happens, still randomly, even when the strands have become meshes through your modifyer or when the work is started over from a previous OXH export. In conclusion, it's impossible to work with. I use 3dsmax 2016 and 3 different builds of the software were tried:
win64__4.2.1.6873 (most recent)
win64__4.2.0.6696
win64__4.1.6.6186 (the one I had tried previously)

The (re)installations were always done in a very clean way, including verifying the registry.

Is this a known issue? What should I do? I'm posting here in hope of a quick fix, otherwise I'm pretty sure a refund will be requested.
