Title:'FLIPPED' HAIR - polygon normal issues

Problem

Description:

 I've been having trouble with what seems to be flipped hair direction, it looks as if the normal is inverted though even when I unify the normals, use the reset xform or even reconstruct the topology (doing this in zbrush with zremesher).

 Seems to me that the issue isn't really the normals, but a sort of bug...because it happens in random spots of the model. Attached a screenshot;

Steps to Reproduce:

Howdy. The first thing I would try is increasing your number of Guides. In many cases if you dont have enough guides it can be hard to get the proper interpolation along the surface and you might get flipping like this.

Thanks

Michael

Increasing the guides number didn't help in this case, but I guess I might have found a solution;

Either the geometry is corrupted somehow (less likely) or ornatrix's got a beef with zbrush (who knows)...So I imported the geometry to softimage and merged with a primitive, resetting all the geometry 'atributes'..then deleted the primitive and it's all good!...hair guides flow perfectly...

If anyone has a lue on why this happens, more technically speaking, I'm all ears.

Thanks anyway! :)

Updating...

Actually incresing the guides number helped half the way, it just wasn't enough in this case.

So thanks for the response! :)

Thank you for the follow up!
