HAIR TEXTURE MAP

[ Rendering with a hair map. Hue and value parameters are randomized from strand to strand.]


Hair map is a specially designed map to work with hair and Ornatrix raytracers. It allows to do quick hair texture setups by specifying root and tip colors or maps, and variating hue and value parameters. It also allows the use of hair guide channels to control hair color or position of custom colors and maps along hair strands.


Parameters:

Channel span - Specifies how many consecutive channels are to be used for hair color. For example, a value of 3 means three RGB channels, while a value of 1 means a monochrome value channel.

Please give full documentation.  The hair map has many parameters.  This only includes one. 

Also is there also way to control the root to tip bias color?  Currenlty it is 90% tip color.  What if we want it to be mostly root color with just some of the tip color?  80% root and 20% tip the way you can control a gradient.
