* Fixed: Hang when adding a modifier to hair from mesh strips which is using a strip with skin and meshsmooth modifiers
* Fixed: Crash when copying and pasting Ornatrix modifiers due to distribution mesh being deleted by non-existent guides from mesh modifier. The distribution object is now kept alive with a shared pointer.
* Fixed: Toolbar modifier buttons giving errors when applied on to an object without prior modifiers
