Hello, we are unable to buy ornatrix for max from your web store. We tried multiple times over the past week. It shows "Please wait while we process your transaction..." and nothing happens. Keeps reloading the site. Can we get the software in a different way? We tried safari on a Mac OS and Chrome, Firefox, Edge on a PC. Nothing helps.
