i thought thah moov can be simulated on alembic mesh but i'm not able to get collisions with that mesh... collision mesh always stay on first frame (you can see it if you turn on vizualize solver)

ok after some research main problem is with open meshes which wont collide anyway

Try increasing the Collision Tolerance to 1.0.
