When I buy a license does that include plugins for Max and Maya or only one ?

And on a site node, this forum is really confusing and feels outdated. The knowledge is just hidden in a stream of confusing threads without grouped topics, would make tons of sense to update to a new uptodate forum software where there are sub topics like rendering, scripting, starters and so on.
