Animation cache not working on render farm?

Hi, Im using 3ds max 2020 and ornatrix 6.3.4 and am fairly new to Ornatrix.

I have a "Moov Physics" setup on top of a "guides from shape" and a "ground strands" with the animation cache at the top of the stack. Play back of the animation in viewport or a preview looks good however when I send it to RebusFarm, the hair behaves wildly and jumps around through the mesh. Rendered a few frames locally and it seems fine.

 

I also have a "hair clustring" modifier in the stack which often leads to popping when rendered on the farm.

I have also found that having "Remember roots" checked in the "hair from guides" modifier as well as an animation cache leads to texture mapping being lost.

The file is IP sensitive so I'll try and recreate it in a blank file.
