Ornatrix 3dsmax: Ornatrix for 3ds max 2021 licence problem

Hi, I just purchased latest build of ornatrix for 3ds max 2021. As I understand licencing is automatic during first instalation. The software and toolbar is installed but when I reach out for OX parameters in 3ds max command panel , Ephere Product Licensing Box pop out. Any suggestions ? Attached Files:

Jeordanis Figuereo	Hello, sorry for the delay. The error messages says that you are not online. Maybe something is preventing the license server from connecting to the internet, maybe your antivirus or firewall.
