Ornatrix 3dsmax: more two bugs in Ornatrix 7

- In "Import Spline" of Edit Guides, no strand is generated at the point where the mouse is clicked. Generated in unpredictable locations. Jeordanis Figuereo	Hi, I can see that there is a problem with the Import Spline tool. For now you can use Import Multiple, which works fine from my tests. oakcorp	The fix made it better, but it still has the following bugs: Import Spline - The Distance Thresh parameter is not working. - The Custom Point Count operates in the ON state even if it is unchecked. Import Multiple - Custom Point Count operates in the OFF state even if it is checked. Confirmed with Ornatrix 7_7.1.2.26290 [Nightlies]
