Payment went through on Paypal's side, but no license renewal has been issued on the Ephere side

I have been unable to acces my product rental since Dec 9th. I sent a Support email explaining everything on Dec 10th.... still no dice

I double checked and indeed something happened that the license wasn't renewed after December 4 when it was renewed. We didn't receive any emails from you, however.
I extended your license manually until middle of January. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Weird, I defenately did send an email to support@ephere.com.
Anyway, thank you very much for getting this sorted!! 

Hi Rez,

There is an error with the contact form that we are still investigating. So there are cases where the email doesn't sent but you at least should see an error message. In those cases feel free to email us directly or contact us on our social media.
