I double checked and indeed something happened that the license wasn't renewed after December 4 when it was renewed. We didn't receive any emails from you, however. I extended your license manually until middle of January. Sorry for the inconvenience.
There is an error with the contact form that we are still investigating. So there are cases where the email doesn't sent but you at least should see an error message. In those cases feel free to email us directly or contact us on our social media.
