I don't know if anyone has a similar experience

1. Put a Ox edit guide above guide from surface and some comb edit, and save max and shut down.

2. Re-open MAX. Go to character's hair, all the previous data is lost. It goes to the default state of the guide form surface. (Ju st Like explosive rays from the head)

Ps. Is there something I forgot? Like put a lock modifer above that?
