Unreal Engine 4.27 Export and Bind to Skeletal Mesh

Hello,
My Eyebrow groom works well in 3DS Max. It follows the animations and deformations. However, when I export to UE4.27 and create the bind asset, the groom does not follow the bones. It also is facing the opposite direction of where it should be facing.

I'm going to attach a few screenshots which outline the issue and the export/import settings I am using.

Are you using the Unreal Engine option when exporting the alembic from 3ds Max? Also make sure to set the correct UP axis in the alembic export options.

Yes, please see the screenshots that I attached almost a year ago. I gave up on this product even though I payed for it. :/

Sorry, I missed this post when it was posted a year ago.

I cannot reproduce the axis issue. As long as I set the correct axis it will face the correct direction.

Regarding animation, UE does not support hair animation in alembic files. To add animation you need to use UE's animation solutions.
