Your account has recently purchased a V8 license, so you only get access to that version.

If you really prefer to use V7 instead of V8, it is possible to "downgrade" your license to V7, forfeiting access to V8. This is reversible, once you find that you're ready to return to V8, the license can be switched back to V8.
