Baking with default scanline renderer and max 2.5 supersampling. I'm trying to achieve a baked look similar to this, but since it's a PBR workflow, I don't want to use much of shadows or different diffuse color in my albedo texture.

I also have problems with baking normal maps, since they kinda don't look too good when I try it. Is there some proper way to do that? My result is:
