Ornatrix 3dsmax: question b4 buying ornatrix

if i buy ornatrix, the licence is for one specific pc or is available for any pc? once i get the licence on one computer, can i shift it to another one? thank you~

polygon	sounds great, because for now i properbaly just buying one for use, so i may install the one in my studio's computer, but sometimes i may take work home and i hope aslo can use this licenced one in my home's computer. aslo, my credit card doe not support international payment, so i have to ask my friend use paypal to pay, is that ok? i'm kinda worried that the licence is only for the cmoputer that actually pay for it~
