Hey there, back again with some questions. Still working on my real-time character, and I recently learnt how to use the render settings to modify my hair cards, as well as how to create strand groups. In the picture I have attached, you can see that I have specified a strand group for Ox Render Settings to apply to. (Group 1 in the picture) However, I don't understand how I am supposed to apply render settings to the remaining strand groups. (group 2, and 3 for example). The reason I want to be able to this, is for example to be able to create a strand group that created very wide underlying hair cards to cover the base of the head, and then have other strand groups that were smaller, more narrow, curlier etc. for styling. I dont seem to be able to create multiple Ox Render Settings modifiers in the same system/modifier stack. Should I be splitting my workflow up into multiple "hair systems", or is there something else that I am missing/misunderstanding ? Thanks so much for reading/replying!

Solved! It seems that is IS possible to add multiple Ox Render Settings modifiers. For some reason it just doesnt show up in the modifier list, but I can use the Ornatrix toolbar to do it.

Exactly. We talk about this in Ornatrix's Documentation. The modifier list and Ox modifiers are context sensitive, this means, depending on which modifier is selected some modifier may not be shown in the list. To avoid this turn OFF Show End Result. I strongly suggest to take a look into our documentation, we also have a lot of video tutorials in our Youtube Channel. Jeordanis Figuereo (Product Designer. EPHERE Inc.) |
