Sorry for the delay. Normally to get instanced feathers you should turn ON Per-Strand UV Coords. in OxMeshFromStrands. This should help you to map one texture to all the feathers, something like this:
This is in Maya, but it seems this is not working on Max for some reason. I will report this problem, if there is a bug we will fix it as soon as we can. Thank you!
