Hi, Why is the hair not uniform in all places? I want the hair to be straight like the ones I refered to in the picture, for some reason the bangs and the hair on the top is very clumpy and in chunks. Is there a way to fix this so the hair looks the same and uniformed at all parts? Thanks. |

Hi, Is hard to know what's the problem without seeing the actual guides that are generating the hair or the modifier stack. Even better, can you share this scene? Jeordanis Figuereo (Product Designer. EPHERE Inc.)
Hi, Ive attached the scene file to this post.
I realized when I add a GravityModifier hair becomes clumpy for some reason... any way to fix that? Attached Files:
Managed to improve the chunky effect a little by playing around with Strand Deformation in Gravity Modifier, however now im getting these weird spots... P.S: when I use the cut brush to groom the bangs it also affects the hair at the back, how do I activate the backsfacing? Attached Files:
Thank you for the scene, I will take a look to see what is going on and get back to your shortly. Abou the Cut brush, the Back Facing Mask option is not working very good. I suggest you just select the guides that you want to be affected by the brush and turn on the "Effect Selected Only" option. This way only the selected guides will be affected by the brush. You can also try the Back Face Masking option, maybe it will work fine in this case. Jeordanis Figuereo (Product Designer. EPHERE Inc.)
I Think the main issue is that your guides are somehow inverted and going into the head, but I don't know how that happened. Did you groom them this way? Attached Files:Jeordanis Figuereo (Product Designer. EPHERE Inc.)
