Ornatrix 3dsmax: Eyebrows and eyelashes workflow?

Hi, I was wondering what would be a good workflow to create eyebrows and eyelashes? I tried extracting guides from surface but didnt get good results. Thanks!

Altanar	Its the same question, but for game ready model. There is no workflow for eyebrows from planes. Eyelashes is easy and know how to do it, but I dont know how to do eyebrows for a character in game ready version.
