3Ds max > Maya > 3Ds max workflow

Hello guys, I'm having a little trouble to handle with this workflow, maybe someone can help me with it.

The grooming was done in 3ds max over a spline:

 

But we are doing the rigging and animations in Maya, and backing to 3ds max as a pointcache. All another objects as scalps worked fine, but was a mesh, so we hadn't any problems to sendo to Maya and back it to 3ds max.

This particular spline we can't do it. I already tried alembic, fbx, ornatrix alembic, no one worked.


Basically I'm exporting this as alembic:

 

In the maya it's importing fine:

 

But when I export to 3dsmax back as alembic, I got this:

 

There are some another way to do it?
